HPH is seeking a strategic and motivated individual to join our team and run our solar division. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding residential solar subcontractors and the ability to manage solar projects in multiple states. They will be a team player who is also comfortable taking charge of operational flow and advocating for the customer. They will be polished, professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage hundreds of solar projects in multiple states.

Qualifications:

* Extensive knowledge of solar industry, electrical codes, OSHA requirements and hands on experience/knowledge of permitting in State of Washington and Oregon
* NABCEP Certified
* Experienced with Solar installation and installation training
* Minimum of 5 years experience working in the solar industry
* Computer and tech savvy; able to manage a spreadsheet
* Must have substantial experience in all aspects of battery back up systems and solar (from beginning of project to end)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and follow-up skills *Ability to manage long term relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors
* Ability to build and manage solar team, delegating responsibilities and following up on progress
* Proven ability to effectively manage complex processes
* Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations
* Solution-minded, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, communication, and the customer experience
* Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
* Foresight and desire to take initiative to achieve desired results
* Ability to prioritize and multitask

Experience:

• Solar Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Solar Construction EPC: 5 years (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
